Vice President Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz will participate in their first joint interview with CNN on Thursday, the network announced.
CNN’s Dana Bash will conduct the interview, which is set to air at 9 p.m. ET
Harris has faced mounting pressure to sit for an interview since she rode to the top of the Democratic ticket. She has only answered brief questions from reporters traveling with her in the month since.
Harris said earlier this month that she would schedule an interview before the end of August, after the Democratic National Convention. Harris and Walz officially accepted the nomination at their party’s convention last week.
